Recommended for up to 5yrs. Maximum 15 children per session.
£4.50per child / Under one year £2.50 / Adults free
Entry times run from 9:30am-2:30pm (finish at 3.30pm)
Saturdays from 9.30am / Sundays from 11am
You can simply walk in and start having fun!

The soft play is located upstairs with seating for adults and children to enjoy crafting and having something yummy to eat from our Tea Rooms. All catering options available from our menu, children's menu, afternoon tea and buffet within the space. You are welcome to craft within the seating area of our Soft Play, making it the perfect place to entertain little ones and older ones alike.
Keeping it safe:
Our soft play area is cleaned after busy periods and at the end of each day. Please do allow our team some time to make sure everything is clean for you.
We would also like to polietly ask our customers to return the soft play as they found it
Only food purchased from BellaCrafts can be consumed except for baby milk

Delivery
We currently ship nationwide to the UK.
Our deliveries are managed through Royal Mail and we post via 2nd Class Post. Items are dispatched with 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to arrive. We will make you aware if there are any delays with your order.
Covid 19:
We are keeping a close eye on Royal Mail who are experiencing exceptionally high volumes this year and our team have been hand delivering as many parcels as possible to ensure speedy arrival.
Some deliveries seem to be taking longer due to the ongoing pandemic, this is causing absences, reduced working power due to social distancing, which is out of our control. Rest assured your craft goodies are on their way and will be with you soon. We will let you know if we become aware of any delay with your order.
