Invest some time in yourself with this workshop that celebrates the beneficial effects of practicing mindfulness and being creative.
During the workshop you will combine painting, tracing and simple hand sewing to create a beautiful canvas. This workshop has been designed with wellness at its core using repeititive motions to help participants enter their flow state and truly enter a place of relaxtion.
You will be led through short mindful practices, accompanied by calming music, aromatherapy oils and a herbal tea to help you feel restored and rested as we head further into the year.
Your tutor, Victoria, will be there to guide you through both the creative workshop and mindful practices. Canvas designs can be traced from a selection printed designs (no drawing skills required.) or you can choose to draw you own.
This workshop will be taking place in our Court Yard View Room which is located on the 1st floor and is only accessible via a winding staircase.
Exclusively at BellaCrafts, Kings Walk, Winchester, SO23 8AF.
The closest car parks are Friars Gate and Middle Brook Street. Chesil Street is cheaper and is a 10 minute walk away.
Delivery
We currently ship nationwide to the UK.
Our deliveries are managed through Royal Mail and we post via 2nd Class Post. Items are dispatched with 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to arrive. We will make you aware if there are any delays with your order.
Covid 19:
